Good Morning hondata,
Currently running a K24a3, Rotrex S/C, 750cc injectors, RBC inlet manifold and 70mm throttlebody. OEM engine internals - all in a EG civic
When selecting a base map to begin a tune from i have noticed that some base maps provided have a different levels of features added, which becomes a little confusing and unclear about what is the appropriate basemap to start with in a "engine swapped" car.
Why exactly are these features simply "greyed out". I would of thought if they were not appropriate to the specific setup they would have the option to be "disabled" like all other basemaps in Smanager.. which has been done in some cases in Kmanager... but not all of them.
mainly these differences seem to be around the
"advanced tab"
"closed loop advanced"
"flex fuel"
"secondary injection"
"idle ignition control / adjustments"
"shift light rpm"
"Tip in Fuel"
What would be the appropriate map to utilise for this setup ?

A PRB based base calibration will have the most features and support, as that is most commonly used. Different ECU types have different circuitry so they are not all created equally.
