PRL has there Cobra Race CAI available and refers us to Hondata tunes for base updates. Update not listed for the 2020 Si. Are the 2017+ base tunes usable for a starter kit. Has anyone built a tune for the Cobra on a 2020 Si?

Found the answer to third question. The PRL Race tune is in the 2020 Si calibration and the instructions are listed in the PRL Cobra CAI installation manual.
