KManager V1.2.1.0 is separate from the ECU. Check your version and let it upgrade if necessary.

thanks hondata for making a new update, i will test it out in kmanager, also i am running 93% duty on 550cc injectors greddy turbo kit for 10lbs, the solenoid is on backwards from picture (foam side to manifold not wastegate(actuator)) does it make a difference or should i change it back (reason its on backwards cause when me n church we trying to fix boost by gear we thought it mgiht be backwards

why are you at a 93% duty on the 550's @ 10 psi
seems a bit high for that boost level

make sure your cal doesnt have you down as having 440's
since this is the same duty cylce i am getting with my 440's @ 10 psi

In KManager select 'Help' the 'Check for Updates', or go to the hondata website, or download from the direct link or download from the URL given in the beta topic here

Put the solenoid back to normal.

after reading that which described the whole new way to hook up solenoid compared to external wastgate and how kmanager is diff from that of external..i have a question...now why is it that they (external wategate and maybe revhard kit run 25% duty when they have same size injectors as me (550) and get 10lbs when maximum boost is 0% under solenoid config.. i have to run 95% duty to get 10lbs when i ahve maximum boost is 100% under solenoid config...and so therfore i cant really run more the 10lbs...and lets say i get use only 75% duty to get 6lbs to 93% to get 10lbs, what do i want to put under solenoid characteristics for max and min duty cycle (10% min and 95% max?) and is 5.5 activation lbs for solenoid fine with 7lbs spring

Hi, i am thankful for the update for kpro for internal greddy wastgate on my ep3. I have recently hooked up the solenoid and the boost by gear works (when solenoid is opp way)... now the problem is when at max boost at 100% (0%doesnt work for boost by gear, since when u go close to 0% (5%=10lbs) u gain more boost and when put in pressure vs duty duty cant decrease as pressure increases)..so when max is at 100% the duty is 95% when 10lbs..that doesnt make any sense since i have 550 saturated injectors and they should beable to do mroe boost...also when others with external wastgate have it like at 25% with same injectors (looked on the hondata.net forums)....so do u know what the problem is?
Thanks,
-Eric

Did you try both 'Maximum boost at 0% duty cycle' and 'Maximum boost at 100% duty cycle'?

ok, yes i tried both and it works for fixed duty cycle at max boost at 0% and 5%=10lbs which makes sense at max boost at 100% 10lbs=95%...so basically the deal is..is that when u have 8lbs=15% and 10lbs=5%...u decrease % as u gain pressure or boost ..so when u enter boost vs pressure it doesnt work since it needs to be numerical or as pressure increase so does duty but in this case at max boost at 0% for solenoid config..u would go pressure 8 and 10 but duty would be 15% and 5% thus kamanger not lettting u enter in the values...im sure if kamanger let u insert % it still woluldn fix my problem since i still only have 5 % more left out of that 0% 5-0=5%..do u have ne idea now?
