Data Log/Tune HELP!!!

I was in 4th gear entering the freeway, and when I stepped on it, I couldn't get past about 5k rpm. It seemed like it cut my power and I shifted into 5th gear. I tried to see if it would do it in 5th gear but it didn't. I'm not sure if it's because the tune is old. I have hondata. The next day I was in 3rd gear and I floored it, I then shifted into 4th gear. When I floored it, i was able to reach 4k rpm where it kind of cut the power or something and it bounced off 4k rpm for a sec and then it was able to let me pass 4k rpm. It barely started doing this like last week and I've been trying to ask people if they've had the same experience that I'm having right now. Even one of my co workers said it could be that im over boosting or that my spark plugs are bad. It's just so weird cas when I'm flooring it and I change gear and then when it hits a certain rpm when I'm flooring it , it bounces off the rpm for a sec and then it lets me pass that rpm. Here is a data log of when I captured it. It happens towards the beginning of the log. If someone can help that would be great.

You do not appear to be at full throttle when you are doing this, it is probably because you are only around 50 percent throttle. Try to get a datalog of just this issue happening. Keep the datalog under a minute or so.
