B16B in a del sol... need help

98 B16B, 99 JDM ITR tranny, custon exhaust w/ header, AEM intake, AEM cam gears, UR pulley kit... 93 del sol. 2 burned out cats and safety mode after 6000... P28, with spoon chip... has anyone ever had a problem like this? and what are ALL my options?

I would recommend using the Hondata s300 and then gettting it properly tuned on the dyno.
