S300 V3 random datalog not working

Hello hondata users.
I have a brand new S300 v3 installed and tuned on my car last week.
While i setup everything ok ,sometimes the datalog icon does not work when i press it.
I use the hondata provided usb cable.
If i close the s manager programm and reopen it most of the times will work bad not every time.
It does it randomly about 3 times out of 10 when i tune the car.
Every time i try to datalog i verify onboard datalog is disabled and close all previous datalogs but not seem to help it when it occurs.
It is very annoying .
Is it a known issue ?
I am asking cause i read exact same problem from other user a decade before on the following link.

Are you using resistor or non-resistor type spark plugs?

I use NGK BKR8E resistor plugs with blue NGK plug wires and oem distributor with fresh oem rotor and cap.
But even if i used non resistor plugs on any other ignition part with noise it should not effect as it happens many times with engine off and key at on position.
I suspect it is a software issue cause it happens only if i have a log file opened and then when i close it to restart datalogging the sensors display screen stay freeze with previous readings.
After closing the log file and press the datalog icon sometimes it refresh the freezing display to normal live readings.
Sometimes it will never refresh.
Sometimes it will refresh after a minute.

Version downloaded before about a week and is version 2.7.5.0

Has J12 been cut inside the ECU?

Yes it is cut.
All work fine and car already tuned.
Datalogged many times at the tuning process.
Some times it does the mulfunction i described above .

Have the capacitors been replaced in the ECU?

Yes they are replaced.
I believe it is software related cause when it does it , if i restart the s manager then it works fine most of the times.
Also an other simptom that make me to believe that it is software related is that when i press datalog and display sensors screen freezing then if i press the record button it will record fine all the parameters.
The main issue when it happens is that it freeze the display sensors.Many times will fix by it self after 30-40 seconds.

Here is a video showing the issue.
I opened a log file to read and tune.
Then i close all log files and when i try to datalog again to continue the tune then the issue is happening.
Most of the times it starts to datalog instantly.
But 3 out of 10 it happens what the video showing.
