s300 v3 not reading any sensors

I just purchased the s300 v3 new from a dealer in Canada in april and got it installed couple of days ago. The issue I'm having is when I plug my ecu (p28) with the s300 installed into the car (2000 sir civic b18c gsr boosted stock injectors) and plug in my laptop I get a red flashing light and a soild green light I got the newest updated version and installed the drivers. the ecu will take new calibrations and datalog but it does not read any of the sensors any help would be appreciated

Has J12 been cut in the ECU?

j12 has been cut and all jumpers and resistors where installed it will let me upload a tune onto the ecu with the s300 but it wont read any of the sensors when I hit datalog. my check engine light is on and the ecu wont tell me what the code or codes are and the engine wont rev past 4k. I got another ecu p28 that just has a socket and chip Installed that ive been running for the past two years that still runs the car fine but leans out when I get into boost and with no check engine light hope that helps

Who socketed the ECU?

Can you post pictures of the bottom of the ECU showing the soldering that has been done?

and I had a buddy of mine do it he has installed all my sockets before and hes done an old s100 for me years ago

Can you take a closer up picture that is in focus showing just the areas on the bottom of the ECU where the s300 connects.

It's hard to see form this and angle, but it appears the might be an issue with some of the through holes on the socketing.

thanks for all the help man I ordered a new ecu prepped for the s300 from burton racing just waiting for it to show up than hopefully get to drop my chip in and hope that everything is all good

I have a similar situation however I do have the socket tester and all green light are on I have the latest software on my pic and my board is 50524

Did it ever work in this ECU? What exactly are the symptoms?

Same exact symptoms as this post started with a perfectly working p30 after the install only revs to 4K and the hondata board does not turn on just get the rapid flashing red light
