2013 honda civic si sedan

Hi my car is having issue after reflash.i have short ram intake.fullrace headers and full race catback exhaust.the issue is rpm goes up and down to about 2000 rpm and goes down to 1000.it won't stay on idle

Which calibration are you on? If you're on a MAF tune, you probably need to be speed density (MAP) tuned for it to idle right for the intake. With that said, the tune will need to be adjusted for being MAP based. If you need some help with it let me know, I have plenty of files for you to start on.
