The ECU USB information is incorrect (Recovery PID)

Kpro will not connect or come online . In control panel it will not come up as KManager or Hondata or anythign just says USB -> Serial


Using KManager 1.5.1
Kpro Board # 05002136
ECU Serial : 37820-PNF-A11
Car : Stock 04 Type S

just updated it hoping to fix not connecting cannot see ECU information or anything . ECU does start car but apparently Multiplexer not enabled as no fuel gauge etc .

i have a kpro i beliver is version 2, and i am in the same situation. i ordered a kpro v4, and i don't want this to be happening cause i will definitely return the kpro and ask for my refund. i believe is the kmanager software. if you can help me would be great
