Just purchased 1999 civic 4 door w/ K20a2 6-speed...Has headers+3" exhaust, Short ram intake, upgraded fuel rail + regulator is at 51...gotta check the injectors.
I compared the J1 is the intial tune I believe, the J2_toda is a modified version of that tune+toda tune...can anybody help

What are you trying to derive from the comparison? At a quick glance it show the ignition and fuel tables have been modified as well as VTEC engagement points. To see how the vehicle is running after the tune you would need to provide us with a datalog.
