Kpro narrow band read 4.1V

I am trying to enable Close Loop with narrow band O2. It read solid 4.1V all the time.
Readiness code for O2 Sensor is Supported, Not Complete.
AEM UEGO connected to ELD is reading around 2.7V at idling (data logging).

Questions:
1. Do I have a faulty narrow band O2?

I want to use closed loop for future ITB setup.
2. Should I replace narrow band? What is the recommended narrow band O2? or
3. Should I upgrade Kpro Rev.3 to Rev.4 and use wide band (AEM UEGO) for closed loop?

K-Pro v3
