Okay, keep an eye on it. If you see a consistent pattern of some knock and you can capture it in a datalog, post it and I will take a look at it. Part of the problem is the consistently hot temps. If you ever switch to an intake which moves the filter away from the exhaust area let me know and we will redo the whole tune for you. But let me know on the knock if you see some persistent ones pop up in datalogs.

No because it will cause similar issues. The stock airbox gets heatsoaked very easy.

So I went through those datalogs and yeah it was super hot again. Some of the knock happened in 6th gear at high speed, a couple in very hot temps, etc. So I made some more changes for you in this next one. These knock happened in new areas again, so it's all part of the chase.

Yeah I just started tuning a 9th with a Skunk2 cold air intake and it looks great so far. Something like that or the Acuity where it gets the filter and pipe away from the back of the engine would be ideal, especially in Florida weather. It could be your car is sensitive to knock happening, but the high temps are making it difficult as well. Lot's of compensation in the background and still seeing some knock. Like I mentioned though, if you get something in there like the Skunk or Acuity we'll start fresh for you and redo the whole thing.

Here is the next one.

Gotcha. We can always add some temp compensation for the temperatures to reduce more timing when it gets hot. The temp is our enemy basically for both fuel economy and ignition. Post a datalog if you get one showing the knock and I'll take a look at it. We can take a bigger swing at removing ignition for the knock.

Okay, I'll look them over and see if we can get rid of them.

Is the gas mileage less because of sportier driving perhaps? Are you driving with the AC on in these warmer temps?

The fueling looks great. Your trims are all single digits, with the higher average data cells right around 0%. Hot temps really don't help fuel mileage, so in the hotter months fuel mileage may not be the great. In theory, we could transition the fuel trims from 0% and lean them out a little bit to more of a positive fuel trim, but I couldn't guarantee the mileage gets any better. Swapping to an intake that yields cooler intake temps should help fuel mileage and performance in general.

Let me know if you want to try leaning out the fuel trims or anything.
