S300 v2 solid red light

My car ran fine when I parked it. The next day I went to start it and it wouldn’t start. I plugged the laptop in and it was reading wild numbers for every sensor. They red light is staying on solid and it won’t let me upload anything. I have tried the s300 chip in another ecu in a different car and had the same outcome. The serial number is 23694.
