I cleared the ecu and shut everything off while I changed the map sensor back to stock. I used the same base Isent you with the stock map sensor this time and here is the new datalog

I also tried the stock rsx base you provide with my stock map sensor and made another log for you for comparison. I don't know if that helps or not

I also got a noid light and I'm not getting any pulse

It is now reading 10psi when cranking. I believe you have a wiring fault in the vehicle.

Is there anywhere in particular you can recommend as it was running fine before I went in to turn off the secondary 02. Before that I touched absolutely nothing from the time It was running

I was coming out to start it every few days and just letting it idle for less than 30 seconds and I had just decided to turn off secondary O2 before starting it one day and that's when it stopped starting. I had touched absolutely nothing

Go to the online menu and go to tools and erase the ECU. When that finishes, close the program, and reopen it then go to the new calibration button and open a new calibration and upload it to the ECU after making any necessary changes.

I did that and right off the bat I'm getting a 25psi reading on my map sensor. No change when I'm cranking. Still no spray from my injectors. Could I have a bad map sensor. I'm pretty sure my wiring is good as car started and idled fine many times before. The only thing I touched at all was reuploading my base from my laptop with secondary O2 off and then no start for first time. Ever since day one it cranked right up first time when swap was finished off current wiring.

If a MAP sensor is wired incorrectly even for an instant it will damage the MAP sensor. I still believe you have a wiring issue in the vehicle if it is reading that much boost when trying to crank it. You should try your ECU in a known working vehicle.

I have zero opportunity to do that as I have been posting on k20a and hindatech trying to find someone else in my area with a kswap and no one even responds. How much would you charge me to ship it to you for testing as I have not had any issues until I went in there to change the O2 setting.

I apologize for being difficult not being able to find a car to try this in. This has just been extremely frustrating for me to have this happen all of the sudden. Is there any type of test you can recommend with the map sensor wiring to see if there is an error there. I have a profession milspec harness made by wireworx and I have never had any problems or even check engine lights with my swap until this happened. I know that even the wiring shops make mistakes but I was running so smooth before this randomly happened.

I have seen issues with wireworx harnesses in the past, so I would guess that is where the problem is at this point.

We are currently not able to process RMA's since we are closed due to the current crisis.

I respect your opinion as that's why I reached out to you guys. But what about the car running fine up until that point. I've literally never had a single problem with the ecu or the car working until the point I turned off secondary O2. I have bumped my threads in k20a and honda-tech to try and test my ecu in a know working car. I will also contact wireworx

If you have a kswap I'll pay you to meet up and see if my ecu works in your car lol. I'm local. But in the meantime I bumped my post to see if I can find someone. I just dont understand why my car would fine for so long if the wirijg was bad from the start. I also have a question. If I clear the ecu and reload base and unplug map before I relaod tune. Can I try to turn it over without the map ever being plugged in. I realize I will prob through a code but that would eliminate the possible wiring issue correct? Or will it no send pulse if it detects no map. Thanks again. I'm sure I'm annoying this is just really destroying me inside lol

How about tracing the wiring to the MAP sensor from the ECU? The is definitely a fault with either the MAP sensor or wiring. There's only 3 wires to trace.
