S300 bluetooth or datalog wont work

I ordered hondata s300v3 about 2 months ago and right away registered it and got it installed into a ecu and the green lights come on but it wont do anything. The bluetooth wont come up along with datalog and real time functions. I've had it installed in 2 more ECU's and I've tried multiple ph ok ne but bluetooth wont show up.

Have you uploaded a calibration?

Has you reset the BT PIN to 0000 or 1234?

Is J12 cut in the ECU?

Calibration shows a upload but not changing the way the car runs. Literally like a stock ecu. And no j12 has not been cut and i will try to reset the pin right now

Update
I changed the password to 1234 and cut j12.
Bluetooth works and everything else seems to be working fine but the car wont go past 2500rpm

Check your boost cut pressure is not too low and your lean protection.

Not running boost it's a na setup till I figure out the hondata. Inwas told i have to calibrate it with my tps lol
