2012 SI Calibration Help
2012 SI Calibration Help
I have a Taketa intake full race catted exhaust and full race cat back exhaust. I'm running the MAF base right now. It feels pretty good but got a P0172 the other day. I don't know how to tune any of it.
Re: 2012 SI Calibration Help
Do you have any datalogs we can look at showing the issue?
Which calibration are you running right now?

Re: 2012 SI Calibration Help
This data log is on the SRI,full exhaust base....I put this base on this morning and drove to get food. the mods are basically what I have but this was the worst the car has ran yet....

Re: 2012 SI Calibration Help
Yeah it's definitely running rich. So the car drove worse with this map in it than it did with the one you were driving on and got the CEL code?
I will attach a file below for you to start on. This is just a 0* cam angle map to see how things look. It may seem a little sluggish at first because there is no cam angle in it. I just want to try and get the fueling close before we make a bunch of changes. Take this one for a drive just like your datalog you posted, same driving style, then post it on here so I can look at it. Also Rmart, please fill out the customer info section under "calibration" for me so I have your information for my records.
This file is for Rmart to start on and is only tuned for the 0* cam angle and will only utilize the 0* cam angle for anyone who downloads it. Don't use this file unless you plan to tune each cam angle individually starting with the 0* cam angle.

Re: 2012 SI Calibration Help
ok I will give it a try and post back...I was on the MAF tune when the cel came on. I had been running that tune for a week. but thought to try out the other this morning to see what it did.
Re: 2012 SI Calibration Help
ok here it is, I had 101 knocks on the app when I did that data log

Re: 2012 SI Calibration Help
No problem. We'll get rid of the knocks, they were all clumped in two main areas so I cleaned those up for you. Make sure you fill out the calibration section in this next tune and repost it with a new datalog so I have more information.
Here is the next one for you.

Re: 2012 SI Calibration Help
Here is the next one. Now you will be on the 15* cam angle for this one. Try to make the datalogs 20 minutes or so from here on out so we can build up quite a bit of data in each datalog. Same driving style though.
