I got this tune a lil while ago but not sure its safe. Got weird datalogs so went back to previous safe tune.
Current Mods:
TVS 1320 Supercharger Air to water cooled, 3.2 Blower pulley and stock crank pulley (12psi wot)
Hybrid Racing 3.5 CAI
Skunk 2 alpha race header
Full Race 3in exhaust
DW300c Fuel Pump
1300cc I.D injectors (returnless fuel system)
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is a 30 sec datalog at idle.

Re: Tune Help TVS S.C
Is the calibration you provided the one that you are concerned about?
Do you have datalogs other than idle with you actually driving the car? Idle datalogs won't help us much other than to look at idle conditions.
Based on first glance, the tune is not adjusted well at all and you have -31% fuel trims in some places in the idle datalog. Some other things in the tune would make me a little nervous. Is the throttle pedal touchy at all, or overly sensitive to too much input?
It also has zero ignition retard allowable for any scenario. Meaning there is nothing to protect it from knock at all.
This tune only has one ignition table for all cam angles on the low cam, and one for all cam angles on the high cam. Each table should be tuned individually.
There are more concerns, but I'll leave it there for now until you respond. Hopefully you have a datalog with more information.

Re: Tune Help TVS S.C
Yes the throttle is super touchy. I knew to be worried when i saw the knock count shoot up as much as it did. Thats the only saved data log i have. I can make some more though just let me know what you want to see. Thank you for your help in advance.
Re: Tune Help TVS S.C
I honestly wouldn’t want you driving on that file for numerous reasons.
What’s the story on the safe file you reference? What is the story on both files really? How did you come across this file you posted?

Re: Tune Help TVS S.C
I definitely understand and you concern is appreciated. My "safe" tune is an e-tune i got from IMW in Pennsylvania, a very reputable tuner. I have been running the tune since i installed the supercharger. No knocks no hiccups car runs great with the caveat that the tuner left some power on the table because it is an e-tune vs an in person dyno tune and the tune is locked, which is entirely understandable. The tune i posted is from a tuner that was recommended to me by a friend of mine with a 9th gen si with a K.W supercharger. I made 350 h.p and 223 tq on that tuners dynojet. Thank you for your time.
Re: Tune Help TVS S.C
Sounds good. Never heard of IMW before but their site looks legit. What I would do is try to find a dyno where they don’t mind letting IMW remote tune. Them he can dial you in on the dyno if he is willing to do it. Honestly with as legit as IMW seems, I’m sure you’re probably really close to optimal power anyways. Nice thing is he tuned you for all types of driving like part throttle and WOT. I am seeing a lot more tunes lately where tuners are tuning one cam angle and sending customers down the road with 40% fuel trims and knock.
Have fun with it. But definitely delete this other tune.

Will do thank you for taking the time. I will definitely look into the remote dyno tune.
