Flashpro cannot lock car

Dear All,

I have a brand-new flashpro FP-SI-INT. I register to Hondata, then there an error when trying to lock VIN. The error msg told it cannot read VIN. The car is a Civic FN2.

Any idea what's going on? Thx in advance.

P.S. for sure I was turned on the key.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
