Unable to sign into vault - FPM 3.5.3.0

I seem to be unable to login to the Vault in Flashpro Manager.

Getting "Username or Password incorrect" eventhough i've reset my password and know its 100% correct. Also cannot download calibrations as i get the message "Calibration appears corrupt"

Any help would be appriciated - i need to access my vault to get a previous version of my calibration.

Reset your password on this forum, and then use that password to log into vault.

Also remember that the username is case sensitive as well as the password. The forum is more forgiving on the username than Vault.
