Hello,
So I installed the PRL Flex Fuel kit and when starting the car the Radiator Fans run at full speed non stop. I have even done the below calibrations and hasn't done anything. If I plug back the OEM cables the Radiator fans run as it should.
Below is the calibration under miscellaneous - before flex fuel kit install
and after flex fuel kit installed.

The use secondary ECT should be unchecked if using an ethanol content sensor wired into the secondary ECT input. If you do not have ethanol mods enabled then this might cause your fan to run since it thinks it is it is reading ECT.

Could it be because I didn't enable "flex fuel support" ?
I only enabled "ethanol.input enabled" to see if there was any ethanol in out fuel

ECT stands for engine coolant temp. It is the one in the images above you have asked about.

Bu default when you enable "ethanol input enabked" it uncheck's "use second coolant temperature sensor for control fan" as it did for mine but the radiator fans still run at full speed non stop from when starting the car.

We need to know what software version, ECU part number and calibration. It might be easier to 'send feedback' with this information.

It seems to have gone back to normal now. Will keep monitoring.
Honda tech said it could be that the ECU required time to "learn" after flash - dont know how true that is.
Going to lower the temps in calibration to see if low and high kicks in when it hits the temp.
