S300 Closed Loop Problem

Hi guys. I have problem with closed loop in S300 manager. Car was tuned in open loop, and all works perfect. Problem is when I switch to closed loop, car start to shake, rpm drops, car goes full lean and dies. I tried all options, even tested on another ecu, but problem is the same! Can someone help me with this problem?

- Hondata s300 v3 serial number : 46474
- Smanager ver. 2.7.3.0
- Ecu P28 USDM

- Honda civic EG D16Y7 turbo
- Hondata 4 bar map sensor
- Speedfactory 3 port boost controller
- Aem 30-4110 wideband
- D14 wideband input
- Grams 750cc injectors
- Grams 350 fuel pump
- 45 psi base fuel pressure

Don't use D14 as the input. Instead us the D10 or one of the other inputs if your ECU has the needed components.

Have any luck with this?
My tuner couldn't get this to work either whenever he turned it on it went 20% lean, so just left it open loop

I could never get closed loop to work correctly either, it works much better in open loop
