Need to unlock FlashPro, no keys

Hi, my Honda Civic Si 2009 got declared as totaled (I think thats how you say it on English) by the insurance company because of repair costs. I want to unlock my Hondata from it but the insurance company has the keys right now. Is there something I can do other than getting my hands on the keys to do it?

Any guidance is appreciated

Take out the ECU, place in other vehicle, return to stock & unlock. Might be easier to get the keys.

The guy who wants to buy my Hondata is a mechanic so this might be a great option.
