auto ecu with manual gearbox

Post by assix »

Hi guys...

i've already installed a D15B (vtec sohc) into my car. that engine came with an auto trans but i changed with my old manual trans. so now the status is, ecu - auto but gearbox - manual. its really hard to get the manual D15B vtec sohc here! my question is:
- is it harmfull to my engine/ecu/performance or related if i continued to use this ecu?
- any suggestions on how to mod that ecu to make it compatible with da engine?

thanks a lot...

You can use the s100, s200 or s300 on that ecu and properly tuned it will run great.

I must make a correction...the s300 will not fit in that ecu, bu tthe others will. Included in the installation manual are instructions on how to convert the ecu to manual.
