A/F Ratio very high in Closed Loop!

Check the O2 wires on your harness. I had the same problem...found out that the wires were crossed. AF reads fine after the wires were fixed.

I ckd. them by following the schematic and rang each wire out with a multimeter and both the 2 heater and 2 sensor wires ( 4 altoghether) seem to be going to the right locations. Since each pair of wires has + and - I didn't worry about which terminal the + or - went to so long as they went to the right circuit. But since you had a similar problem I will investivgate the wiring again.
