very lean at idle after couple different upgrades, need help

Hi everyone,

So I am completely stumped at this moment.
1994 OBD1 Integra with B20/Vtec

Installed Skunk2 Ultra Street Manifold
Bigger TB
New Gaskets
Cylinder head was re-installed as well.

Upon startup, car runs very lean at idle.
I have flex fuel and wideband hooked up as well.

S.Trims tries to compensate, but does nothing.
I have also added up to 100% more fuel through the overall fuel trims, and still does nothing.
Sprayed carb cleaner all over the place, doesn't bog.
Like I said, at a complete loss.

I don't think this has much to do with the S300 itself, but seeing if anyone can point me in the right direction.

never touch the overall fuel trims.
Get a professional tune.

The fuel trims were setup by my tuner.
I know the values that he had in there originally.
I was just changing them to see if I would get a different response.
