Any Love For The Mighty DX??? D16Y7+Greddy kit

Post by 2000psi »

hello people

I have a 99 civic DX with the D16Y7(non vtec) engine and am about to get the Greddy turbo kit. I am going to sell the emanage but keep the 310cc injectors because I want to run Hondata instead because fuel AND ignition can be tuned. Is there any Hondata application for the Y7 engine? I could not find any info for my specific engine so i'm assuming I need to switch to an OBD1 P28(ex) ECU??? Is there any other way to do this? any way to stay OBD 2???

any help is greatly appreciated!!! :!:

To use a Hondata system you must convert to an OBD1 ECU.

If you have a 99, why would you click 96-98?

OBD2 ECUs are completely different and cannot be used with a Hondata system.
