2012 Civic Si - MAFTuned vs Stock Reflash - VTEC Map

Hey guys, I recently got hondata and I loaded the Stock Reflash on my 2012 civic si.
I would like to know the difference between MAFTuned vs the Stock Reflash Tune.
I did notice on the under the vtec window on Stock Reflash Tune : RPM Window set to 5000 , but the MAP(bar) set to 4.311
But on the MAFTuned and on the stock equivalent tune the Map(bar) is ~.800

Is it supposed to be 4.311?
I just downloaded it from the calibrations.

In stock from that table is pretty much disabled and VTEC is set to 5000 with no window. There is no problem with the calibrations built into the software.
