the launch control is set at about 3,500rpm or so, which is slightly too low for my 89 CRX SiR. my best 1/4 mile time of 14.44 was achieved whilst launching at approx 4,000rpm on the std ecu.
my question is...is there some way of wiring in a switch so that i can set my own desired launch control rpm point? or does the rom have to be changed? Just asking incase it is possible, I know now days that the switch comes out of an interface box...but maybe derek/doug had some tricky way of splicing a switch in somewhere back in the early days?
