I wish that was mentioned yesterday when I was on the phone asking about warranty information and was told it would be covered if it was a component failure. I already mailed it in with my a check for $100. Why wasn't this mentioned I gave the serial number and asked if it was covered under warranty?

My Kpro isn't working right.. When I plug it in to my laptop the blue "i" icon shows up in KManager but it doesn't have any actual details about the ECU.. The serial # on the Kpro board itself is 05002687 but I can't pull up the 4 digit number because KManager doesn't bring it up and I don't have ...
