I would log your AFR and fuel trims during cold starts, most of the time tuners dont take the time to tune it properly. You could be running leaner during those condition before you mess with temp correction maps. I'ved tuned a lot of Kpros and never had change any of the hidden corrections.

I'm tuning an S2000 AP1 with KPro. I just got done mapping out fuel and timing in Low Cam, verified logged timing with what I had commanded.
