Re: Open/Closed Loop operation
By the way, could you tell me what "Disable ELD" function in Parameteres/Misc does?

Re: Open/Closed Loop operation
Correct me if I'm wrong but in my opinion it doesn't need to be a Wideband warming issue nor wiring.
The Wideband lambda sends an analog signal (0-5V) to the ECU at D10 (I can register it and confirm). Besides I can see that signal in ECU reading as AF or Lambda, right? So that leads me to the ...

Re: Open/Closed Loop operation
Yes. This is the same calibration except:
Closed Loop engaged
Voltage offset 0V
and maybe tiny fuel difference at the idle.

Re: Open/Closed Loop operation
All right. The engine works fine again. I was lucky not being blown up as the main +BAT wire was accidentally touching the right axle which finaly caused the wire isolation to go off and short circuit to the ground.
Anyway, as an attachment you'll find the log file presenting the problem with ...

Re: Open/Closed Loop operation
Right. They where in.
They are being removed now I'll let you know if anything has changed (when the engine starts of course).

Re: Open/Closed Loop operation
Ok. I'll check the voltage signal directly from wideband and maybe I'll even try using other ecu input (D14 for instance).
However I doubt this would be the main reason.

Re: Open/Closed Loop operation
Hi,
s300 serial number: s300-8828
Software version: 2.4.4.0
Calibration: attached
Datalog: I'll add it soon as there is some other issue with the engine now and it won't start.

Open/Closed Loop operation
Hello,
I'm just during my calibration process and there is an issue with closed loop operation.
I have Wideband ( 0 - 5V) connected to D10 pin at the ECU.
PARAMETERS/CLOSED LOOP
Narrowband Target Voltage = 2,93V
Wideband Target Voltage = 2,34V
O2 heater = Disabled
PARAMETERS/CLOSED LOOP ...

Re: Calibration - Vtec engine
Ok. :) Thank you both. All is clearer for me now :)
But one question more.
"forevertrj" you have mentioned to set my VTEC point at 5500 rpm. I understand the VTEC point should finally land somewhere around 5500 rpm but during the calibration process shouldn't I set it at 3000 rpm first and ...

Calibration - Vtec engine
Hi everyone,
At the beginnig I'd like to present my ride which is Civic '94 with swaped and turbocharged B18C4. s300 onboard of course.
I'm approaching to start calibration that is why i have some doubts. My question relates to calibration (of both fuel & ignition tables) around VTEC point.

Table's coordinates
Hi Guys,
Tell me please, what do the values on x coordinates in clibr. tables mean? I was expecting pressure in mbar but it doesn't seem to be so, does it? The Y coordinate is obvious.. rpm 500 - 8000 but i can't decifer the meaning of X values (127, 213,...819).

Fuel maps units
Hi guys,
I'm starting to work with smanager and i have quite basic question regarding the smanager fuel maps. I couldn't find any answer in the help menu of the program.
What is the unit used in the fuel maps? What is the maximum value I can put in? I just need to get a feeling what really happens ...
