Changing the injector size will automatically compensate the fuel tables for the rating of the injector (but not for the specific characteristics of the injector). Also the cranking fuel and throttle tip in fuel are compensated based on the injector size .

thank you for the reply, but that's covered. target voltage is .51V and when the closed loop is engaged and the fuel goes rich there is no short or long term trim indicated. it continues to do this even with the wbo2 wire removed from the ecm connector. even started a new rom from scratch and just ...

af changes when switching from closed to open loop
i have a problem car that i'm helping with. tunes fine on open loop but goes dead rich immediately when closed loop box is checked. i set all compensation trims to 0 just to try with no difference. timing does not change appreciably. any ideas before i shoot the ecu and start over?

the rectangular framed ecus must be used for the s300. usdm p72 have both the iab and knock sensor, but any obdI civic or integra ecu can have iab control added. so the knock is really the big decision for you.

tip for drilling and tapping the mani without removing it: remove the vac line from the fpr. attach a blow gun into it. while you drill and tap have a buddy apply air pressure through the vac line. the chips will be blown out as you machine the hole (so wear safety glasses!).
