You have errors from both intake and exhaust cam sensors. You need to fix these before the car will run correctly. Usually the cause is the wiring to those sensors - follow the test procedure in the manual.
The multiplexer error can be fixed by disabling the multiplexer output.

Timing Issue
For some reason its giving me a solid -20' timing when I datalog and you can clearly hear it needs timing advanced, running a map that ran perfect before, although it was 2/3 engine/setups previous on this car. Got the fuelling, etc right, it can rev, but not freely, due to lack of timing, I am ...
