so if I have the temp set to 171 F and default setting of 30 MPH the override will turn on the fan at 171 but when the car reaches 30 MPH the override turns off and goes back to the stock turn on temp? if so will turning the MPH to 99 my fan will stay on no matter what speed im at below 99 mph

Sorry for the noob question, but I was wondering if someone could explain to me in detail what the Maximum Vehicle Speed setting under Protection does and its uses.
