what are the optimal afr numbers im looking for while street tuning for idle? cruising? and wide open throttle?

Hey, i recently purchased flashpro for my 06 s2000 for my future turbo build, but i was wondering if i install it now to remove cel light from test pipe would it be better to run stock calibration or something similar to that. I only have 70mm test pipe and catback exhaust
