I could not get a refund so I was wondering what the process would be to send it in for repairs.

I must have accidentally hit new topic instead of post reply. I had a previous post about issue with a used kpro i bought and you suggested to try to get a refund. Could not get a refund so I was wondering what the process would be to send it in for repairs.

The seller would not give me a refund. I would like to send it in to see if it is something simple you can repair. What kinda prices would I be looking at?

I get the green light on the kpro when ingnition is on so it should be working correctly according to your troubleshooting codes. It just is not getting anything from the fuel pump it seems. Any ideas what would make it not communicate with the fuel pump?

05003285 is the kpro board serial. I will go try everything again and write it down.

unplugged imobilizer still wont start. Could this just be a issue with the kpro? How much is it to get it looked at? Because stock tune doesnt even work when loaded.

thanks for the quick reply. Just tried it again. I have been turning ignition off slightly after i load every tune. Then trying to start but does not seem to be getting gas cause you cant smell it flooding or anything.
