It sounds like you have major problems with the wiring in the car. I would suggest you start from scratch on the wiring.

I have ek with k20a2 running on PRC + kpro.
And now i have 2 dead k-pro in 2 month.
First is made 02\08, serial 5005181, rev13d.
Second a bit far from me.
I'm from Russia, Moscow. Our (russian) dealer can say nothing about this, so i write here.
