What year model cars? I know like 92-95 civics but any others?

As far as the dist. goes its stock. The engine is a '95 so it should be OBD1. I'm not sure how to check. I just know with the PR3 the fuel pump primes before I start it. With my P28 w/S300, it doesn't.
I don't have a another car available to check. Thats the unfortunates of living in the desert ...

The problem I am having is the ecu doesnt turn the fuel pump on (or start). I plugged in a PR3 and the car runs. I replaced the capacitor at C14 because I heard they go bad. Still nothing. So I am wondering if the S300 is bad or the ECU. Before ...
