Re: RSX Type-S Totalled... Ecu Salvage?

Great, do I need to include anything else? I recall sending in my key with my ecu to hondata, I'm guessing this was to disable the immobilizer etc.

Thanks

RSX Type-S Totalled... Ecu Salvage?

Hi, my car is gone.. I want to keep the ECU and just deduct it from my insurance total...

My question is simple... If i keep my ECU can I sell it and will it work on another 2002-2004 Type-S? or 2004+ with harness wiring conversion?

Thanks,

Jon

Gear n temp comp

I've noticed a few temp comp calculations and others who state stock is fine. So here in CA those extremes in heat and cold don't come close so is it better to change it from stock?

How can I use datalog data to calculate gear comp? Because certain gears do have more knock than others.

Thanks

Re: Tuning with larger injectors

Yes, only changed the 440cc. Didn't touch the pulse width.

I've noticed the a/f CMD recorded during datalogs is slightly richer than the actual a/f, leading me to believe that the injector pulse width may be low and still set to stock levels and may need to be changed along with the injector size ...

Tuning with larger injectors

I upgraded from stock to 440cc RC Racing injectors on my 02 RSX Type-S.

I added the value on kpro but didn't notice any changes. I heard pulse width is associated with injectors.

What can I change for my application?

Thanks

Re: KManager V3.0.3

It isn't causing a false reading though. It seems to be blocking a process attached to the application. I'd like to know the list of processes so I can manually unblock them or put them on a whitelist. They dont have a number to contact...so I cant contact them in anyway without buying their ...

Re: KManager V3.0.3

I did. It works now.

However, It is important that I keep my antivirus. It has a white list feature and I've already added kmanager.exe to it. What other processes can I add to make sure I dont get the error?

Re: KManager V3.0.3

I'm having an issue all of a sudden with Kmanager. It just started having a pop up error message at start up and it wont go in. It says "An Internal exception occured (Address: 0x7815ab)" from Hondata SManager. The address on it changes from time to time I believe. But it never opens now. I ...

Is my pump the problem? and an Engine load question, 3 Q's

I have a few things I want to know. One being about my fuel pumps effectiveness and another about Engine Load vs Performance.

I feel I may need an upgrade for my fuel pump because I just added 440CC injectors and the pump doesn't seem to be able to keep up. Why?

1) the A/F Command is usually ...

calibration help for 2002 RSX Type-S

Alright, this is a new tune that so far has worked fine. But I noticed something. The A/F command is never met by the actual measured A/F Displayed.

Check out my Datalog and Cal. I recently upgraded to 440cc Injectors after 2 stock injectors failed (I noticed it one day when it started hitting 16:1 ...

Re: New Kmanager 1.5.1

thanks for all the answers.

Ive been using the knock option but dont see any changes in the ignition tables regardless of what I do in the new knock settings. If its used for different range fuels only then im better off not using it anymore... i always use 92 anyway...

Anyone have any use for it ...

New Kmanager 1.5.1

I'm a bit confused as to what the new knock tables do. The ignition limit table is attached to the main table for ignition according to help, but if I change the table I dont see any timing changes, so what exactly am I aiming for? I'm running 92 octane and do want a feature to help adjust for knock ...
