Well i haven't hooked up the laptop yet so i dunno what setting their are to play with. So your saying this is not for 05-06 rsx-s. It does start the car no problem and drives np. Just no v-tec. If this is for the 05-06 rsx-s would it not run properly and not start because the throttle is not cable ...

Is that the 1 that say's hondata prog8. What does that mean. Where do u find the serial #. Do i need to take out the 4 screws from the cover?

How do i check? I open the 4 screws of the ecu. then there is another screw that takes off the usb thing. Where is the ECU chip located inside the ecu. I don't want to break anything.
