my question is how fixed is the lauch date?

Feb is too far away (as in the race season will have already started) for me, any danger of it being avaliable before this?

I want to map the engine for a race car to optimise it for it's environment and setup.

Do Hondata have a tool avaliable to enable users to re-map their own ECUs (as opposed to just flashing a pre-worked map)?
