Well, it was the plugs! Car is running great now. Pretty sure it was due to a corrupt tune that couldn't read any sensor data (could have been one of several) and started dumping mad amounts of fuel.
All is well! Thanks for the help

Plug was definitely wet when I pulled it, just didn't snap the pic in time. So hopefully this is why it won't start...question now is, what contributed to the rich condition....coulda been the corrupted tune, or fucked up ECT/Fan sensor ...

Well, I cranked the car with gas at full throttle to put the car into "clear mode" and keep the injectors from pulsing -- after doing this, the car actually was able to start for a couple seconds before dying....b/c now I've drained my battery.

Re: Datalog not recording any info from sensors
How long does it take to upload a map? It sounds to me like the ECU has a bad map in it. I would clear the security and wait 2 minutes with the key off and then attemp to re-upload a map. The meter when uploading should take a long time.

Things I've already tried
Car won't start this morning, so I can't get the exact code from K-Pro, but the only one I was getting previously was for secondary O2 (b/c of the race header).
Tried unplugging both the ECU & battery, multiple times for several minutes.
Visual inspection of some of the fuses (about to go do more ...
