after rechecked the wiring , i have find a problem , i use custom hardness from minitec US and a k20a2 engine uk european.
i check the wiring about the 02 sensor and i find a difference.


wiring sensor o2 US engine

A6 : sensor+
A16:sensor-
A22:heater+
A1: heater-

but i have a european ...

i have the same problem ,always stuck at 14.7 in idle or during the running and after few minutes i have a p0132 fault( high voltage 02 sensor ) but the sensor is new.
i have no idea.

i just bought a lamnda tester and i will check the signal came out the sensor and i can give to the ecu a ...

IN datalog you can saw , 02 sensor not up to 0,9V and down to 0,1V

so i think the sensor this not good but is new?

a ohter idea?
