Re: b16a with 440cc injectors base map needed
you can try this map
as Ed says you should have wideband + injector data.

Re: TPS not reading any values...
when you install the sensor back make sure it fits in between the fork so it will move as the throttle move.
then do the TPS scale.
then do the TPS scale.

Re: Wont start, im out of ideas, getting gray hairs
from your data, it shows the AF 10.2 look like the fuel is to mutch and it will kill your spark plug
the thing you need to check
did you set inj data?
your map sensor set as 4 bar?? or stock map
do you hear the fuel Pump priming?
from online ---> test ECU output
Regards

Re: Air fuel mixture
it should be in 15-14.7 idle and low load
if you run 12 -11 your spark plug will not last +you wash-off that protective layer of oil in cylinders.
I recommend you check the spark plug to see the fuel mixture sometime one injector can cause your AF to go to12-11.

Re: need some help looking for a basemap
hi, it will be hard to find a similar setup. if you have a wideband connected to ECU I can help.
you need your injector data=>set your TPS and the timing + some protection.
start with low-speed fuel(disable the Vtec) then move to high speed.
Note: the timing is Low in this base map it will build ...

Re: Help with tune and calibration... Please
Hi
what normally I do at high speed (vtec) change the RPM index starts from 4600 any point below that is waste and you will not use. then increases by 200 rpm the benefits are captured more points and apply the change as needed, in your file it shows 500rpm that gives you 9 point to adjust only ...

Re: Help with tune and calibration... Please
the map is affected based on your location .i can is 2 deg as long as you don't have any issues (Knock)
you are ok your spark plug is your guide.
I suggest you may modify the load and rpm index to capture more point since you set point for vtec is 4900 .
good luck.

Re: Wiring up AEM 30-0300 wideband, need help!!
the best location for the ground is thermostat housing to avoid the voltage offset
as it in the instruction (The wideband should always be grounded to the same point as the ECU (the thermostat housing).
