how can i fix the problem?

I have been hear some rattle noise from the front when I accelerate at around 60% open Throttle from 2.5k to 4k RPM. I'm running the MAP calibration for Fujita Short Ram Intake. I return my car back to stock calibration and the rattle noise is gone. I don't have any datalog yet because I'm not sure ...

I'm planning to get flashpro and I knew that the oil monitor will not work after reflash. Will the A1 and B1 code still work? or Tire Pressure? If not, what if I roll back to stock, will it start counting from the beginning? or it will base off how many miles I have to throw the A1 B1 code?
