I would really like a "learning" ability with the duty cycle vs pressure in the boost control section

Hi when starting my newly finished b16 turbo project. When i rev it up to when the turbo starts creating pressure the engine cuts and the CEL light is blinking. What is this ? I have

and hondata intake manifold

Just need a basemap to get the car to a tuner.
