I got it working, I took out the hybrid converter, put 5V reference to the sensor instead of 12V, and ran the cluster output signal(low frequency) to the ECU so that reads a correct signal as well, and left the ECU with the regular 02-04 setting.

I recently got this K20A2 swap running in this '91 DA Integra using a '05 Z1 tranny and K-PRO.
