Each time I've recorded knock on a datalog it's been within a cycle or two of driving after a reflash of the ECU. Could these knocks have to do with the ECU adapting to the new values from the reflash? It's only a concern for me because the car has very low mileage and I don't consider my tune/mods ...

I'll have to find that datalog when i get home from work, but it was about a 15-20 minute datalog. I think I remember seeing 2-3 knocks at the beginning then 6-7 more knocks very close together towards the end of the log.

So returning to stock isn't contingent upon learning the stock configuration of the ECU first? I don't understand how the FlashPro can know what the stock configuration is when it works with different versions of ECUs.

I'm about to pick up a FlashPro, before I do I just had a couple questions about how to return the car to stock. I was wondering essentially how this works, do I have to plug the FlashPro in and have it "learn" the stock configuration before I can start uploading profiles to the ECU? Does the stock ...
