So it doesn't have to be a race header? It can be a comptech or DC sport to work, correct?

I have been hearing mixed opinions. If I purchased a reflash for my 06 TSX auto, what is the best type of header to get? Is it worth purchasing a basic comptech or similar 4-2-1 header or do I need to purchase a race header? Will the comptech icebox be helpful over my stock or should I just go for a ...
