well, I got it to work.
For some reason, when setting thousands of revs, my Hondata adds an extra flash. So, push the button 4 times for 4xxx rpm, and it does indeed set it to 4xxx rpm, it just flashes the CEL 5 times, which I thought it was only supposed to do for the hundreds of rpms.
But I ...

Push button interface problems on Stage 2b
I am not sure if this is the right forum, but here it goes.
I am having problems setting the cam change point with my Stage 2b. No matter what I set the cam change point to, using the static method, the cam change point is set to 4400 rpm, which is actually a very nice place for it.
However, I ...

Hi. I was wondering how you move the TPS sensor. I wanted to check my TPS sensor's voltage, but I am unclear how to do so, or even how to move it. Can you use a multi-meter?
I went to check the TPS, but where do I place the multi-meter probes to determine how to move the TPS? Also, I expected the ...

Fuel Pressure Question
Hi.
I have a b18c1, t3/t4, AEM fpr, STR fuel rail, Hondata stage 2b on a PR3 ECU, all in an '89 CRX Si. Max boost is 6 psi.
Anybody with a similar set-up, what do you have your idle fuel pressure set to? I have mine set to ~50 psi at idle via the AEM fpr, and I set it with the vacuum line pinched ...

Injector failure
Hi. I was wondering if any of you guys have ever had an injector fail. I suspect one of my injectors may be "stuck" open, or just not functioning properly.
Like it drips too much fuel when idling. Anybody had a similar experience?

Ignition Timing???
Hi, I have recently accquired a turbo B18C1 running Hondata Satge 2b.
Should the ignition timing be set to stock, and allow the Hondata to retard per boost.
I was told this in another forum. Sounds reasonable, just wanted to check.
Thanks.

I fixed the idle!
Hopefully this post might help somebody else that is having similar idle problems to what I had.
Anyway, I replaced the stock GSR fuel pressure regulator with a new AEM FPR. The idle is now right at 850 rpm. It still hunts around a little, but nothing major. I am very pleased. This could probably ...

Plugs, Wires, and plug Gaps
I was wondering if anybody can tell me what kind of spark plugs, spark plug wires, and what the plugs are gapped to for use on a T3/T4 turboed B18C1 motor (max boost 6 psi) running a Stage 2b Hondata.
I have been using NGK wires, NGK R plugs, and gapping them to stock 0.044.
I have read some ...
